Spring Break Camping - Cooper Lake State Park

Camping Season has finally started. We kicked it off with family camping at Cooper Lake. We had 6 families, plus a newbie on this trip. I am pretty sure they had a good time so our camping family may have grown to 7 families. The weather was awesome, cool at night, but sunny and warm during the day.

We had screened shelters this time, we used two of them to keep the food stuffs. The kids used the third as their own playroom. True to form, nobody went hungry on our trip. We are still eating leftovers.

This trip was needed by all, but it was a much needed distraction for Craig and I. We found out Monday of last week that Craig is out of a job. We spent the weekend relaxing and making the game plan for our job hunt.

Hip Hop Dance

Alison is taking a dance class. She is very proud of herself and really enjoying it. We were lucky enough to have a girl friend sign up for the class with her.
