2011 Camping Kick Off

Spring Break is here. It is the official start to our camping season. We took 5 families to Ray Roberts State Park. The weather was awesome, quite windy at night but great during the day. Sunday night the temperatures dropped quite a bit which was no help for Patrick's asthma. On this camping trip we had to deal with the girls playing with the payphone by the bathrooms trying to call 911. We had a long talk with them all over the seriousness of this. While this was going on, I got a call from my sister letting me know that mom was at the ER. Mom is fine now, but I was very worried for quite a while. Patrick and Craig had to leave in the middle of the night Saturday because of Patrick's asthma, after a  ride home and a rest in his own bed, they were able to return to camp. All in all we had a great trip. I hope the next few camp outs are a little more relaxing.

We had great new products to sample.

Awesome spaghetti and rigatoni dinner, nobody goes hungry camping with us.

Dalton came up to visit, we are going to make a camper out of him.
