Alison is home again today from school. I took her to the Doctor yesterday and she tested negative for both Strep and the Flu. This is not a good time to be sick. Today was going to be her day, she is supposed to "try out" for swim team today. There is a stroke clinic that they agreed to let her attend, if she could prove that she could make a length of the pool on her own. That should be easy for her, If she does not become intimidated by the lane ropes and the depth of the practice area.
I am going to watch her all day to decided if we are going to risk it. She mainly has a cough and runny nose. What kid doesn't right now?
In true Holly fashion, Alison spent the morning yesterday fretting about the doctor visit, she carried on crying for 2 hours straight about the possibility of getting a shot. I was able to distract her in the waiting room a bit by having her make funny faces at the camera.
