The kids are still in Colorado, but the house is anything but quiet. I took Hayden and Owen to Suncreek Park yesterday. We went back today to explore a bit further and found The Trail at the Woods. That was a great little trail system around Rowlett Creek, close enough to hear bits of traffic, but very wooded and shady. We saw tons of woodpeckers and Owen even found a snake.
The boys each took their cameras, so they did not seem to mind too much when I kept stopping to take pictures.
